Industrial hasp closures are welded to each side of the unit securely fastening the top to the base, reducing oxygen access which helps contribute to the self-extinguishing design. 4.5 Gallon removable galvanized bucket with bail contains and conceals thousands of cigarette butts, reduces maintenance time, and prevents water buildup. Vinyl base pad protects both the floor and the unit.
